Unclaimed Orders Policy

To ensure the highest quality and freshness of our floral arrangements, we kindly ask that all pick-up orders be collected within the scheduled time frame.

    •    Unclaimed Orders: If an order is not picked up within the designated time, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you and the order remains unclaimed the flowers will be considered forfeited with no refund or replacement, as fresh flowers are perishable.

    •    Rescheduling: If you anticipate a delay, please contact us at least two hours before your scheduled pick-up to discuss possible rescheduling options. We will do our best to accommodate, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.
